Yes! Every tumbler is handmade with love. Each design is carefully crafted, glittered, sealed, and finished to ensure durability and sparkle that lasts.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
No. To protect the design and finish, all tumblers should be hand washed only. Please avoid soaking, scrubbing, or placing in the dishwasher.

Are they epoxy sealed?
Yes. Our tumblers are sealed for a smooth, glass-like finish that protects the design and gives them that gorgeous shine.

Do they keep drinks hot or cold?
Yes! We use high-quality insulated stainless steel tumblers designed to keep drinks cold for hours and hot beverages warm.

Can I request a custom design?

How long do custom orders take?
Because each tumbler is handmade, processing time is typically 10-14 business days. During busy seasons, it may be slightly longer.

Will my tumbler look exactly like the sample photo?
Because each tumbler is handmade, they are truly one-of-a-kind. While we strive to replicate designs as closely as possible, slight variations make your piece unique!

How long does shipping take?
Once your order is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer rush orders?

Do you accept returns?
Because items are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns on orders.  If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out and we will work with you to ensure you love your order!

What if my order arrives damaged?
